化粧品会社で働くひよりは、4年前の大学時代にタイムスリップし、トラウマの原因である元カレの鯨と再会する。二度目は付き合わないと誓うが、彼の優しさに触れて揺れ動く。だが鯨が後輩リコと音楽で絆を深めプロを目指す姿に、ひよりは疎外感を募らせる。
やがて鯨の決意を機に、彼女は運命の選択を迫られる。
Hiyori, who works at a cosmetics company, time-slips back four years into her college days and runs into her ex-boyfriend, Kujira—the root cause of her past trauma. Although she vows never to date him again, her heart wavers when she experiences his kindness once more. However, as Kujira deepens his bond with a younger student named Riko through music and chases his dream of turning professional, Hiyori begins to feel increasingly isolated.
Eventually, driven by Kujira's final resolve, she is forced to make a fateful choice.
